PAST NEWS
-"When I'm Dreaming", Stephanie's new single goes
out to Radio on January 13th, 2003. The song was
written by Stephanie and Ken Burton with some extra
help from Phil Swann of Dreamworks music in Los
Angeles. The song is very well travelled and had
been on hold by both Faith Hill and JoDee Messina
but since both declined, it was revamped by
Stephanie and is going to be released by her.
-Stephanie recently returned from her tour of Egypt
and Israel to rave reviews from both the soldiers
and commanders of the various bases that were
visited during the tour. Accompanied by her business
partner Brenda Milligan, Stephanie took such talent
as ALAN FREW, MARTHA CHAVES, HEIDI MICHELLE THOMAS,
KRYSTA SCOGGINS and various others over to brighten
the spirits of our armed forces during the holiday
season! The tour, which was named Mistletoe and
Music: A Celebration of Canadian Harmony, was a
rousing success and although the schedule was
grueling it was also very fulfilling for all the
performers!!
-Stephanie has been spending lots of time with
producer Chris Burke-Gaffney, who is famous for his
dealings with McMaster & James and Chantal Kreviazuk,
who is shopping Stephanie for a record deal in
Canada and in Nashville! Stephanie has a trip
planned that will see her fly to Nashville to meet
with representatives from Dreamworks, RCA and BMG.
